2020
First draft of the general rental agreement at the end of the year, numerous open points - in particular: a) in some cases higher prices per square meter than previously communicated; b) no rental discount for the association taking over the administration
Intensive discussions about which apartments on which floors are suitable for the association, agreements with the housing association and among the members of the association
Corona inhibits the acquisition of new members
Meeting with two documentation companies and defining relationship requirements
2021
First version of the general rental agreement in May, payment of CHF 390,000 in cooperative capital made. Adjustments and discussion of the terms of the general rental agreement and handling of vacant apartments
Intensive organizational work in the association in all committees, especially in the Documentation and Legal Committee
Contract award with accompanying measure and documentation
Setup of new website and Facebook account, adaptation of logo, training in website and Facebook management
Abandonment of Facebook as a channel at the end of the year
Intensive, independent editing of the website and its functionality (member area)
Acquisition of additional co-inhabitants, association conducts interviews before definitive admission
Regular exchange with other stakeholders such as Netzwerk Westfeld or LeNa
Towards the end of the year, the association seeks support with rental issues from Wohnstadt, a non-profit housing developer that also offers advice and management services
2022
Revised general rental agreement as of March, cooperative capital on the part of the association based on the 21 apartments plus common room amounts to CHF 471,500, which is around CHF 50-60,000 below the amount initially assumed, as the apartment portfolio has changed
Wohnstadt takes over the management of the association's apartments and supports the drafting of the individual rental contracts for the association members
Intensive planning for the move-in, as the construction progresses, numerous smaller construction and organizational issues are dealt with
Because the apartments have limited storage space, one member of the association designed a solution that was implemented by a regional carpentry firm, and several association members used this option
2023
All apartments are occupied
Active community life, intensive documentation of everyday life on the ship by the association
Planning for participation in the Westfeld Festival in September. Flyers and roll-ups for a stand have been prepared in collaboration with richtblick AG
